Funding for ODR Children’s Urology Foundation is based on donations, fundraising events and merchandise sales available through our virtual store. Through your generosity ODR Children’s Urology Foundation, you can join our mission of continuing to serve children locally as well as globally.
This foundation was created to ensure that children receive the best care regardless of the complexity of their condition, socioeconomic status, or ability to pay.
Impact of your gift
Since the start of ODR Children’s Urology Foundation in 2018, $30,000 in donations from fundraising events and donors have helped many children and their families within Houston and internationally.
With the rising cost of healthcare, much of the necessary care that is needed for the pediatric population suffers.
With generous support from our donors, ODR Children’s Urology Foundation has been able to expand and help more children by providing financial assistance for urologic surgeries, insurance copays and other expenses.
Our goal is to expand our network of physicians and donors, thus, allowing the foundation to help even more families and children.
Community
ODR Children’s Urology Foundation and its supporters work to increase visibility of the foundation through community involvement. We actively partner with other physicians and allied health professionals, local businesses, and members of the community to build transformational relationships.
Past events include hosting holiday toy drives at Memorial Hermann Children’s Hospital and Shriner’s Hospital in 2018 and a back-to-school backpack distribution event in 2019. Donors and the community are invited to inquire about joining or hosting an event. No matter how you choose to help or get involved, you are making an impact on a child’s life.
